Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location and scheduling availability.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all PackIt furniture comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Do you offer international shipping for fragile items?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada to ensure the safety and integrity of our fragile home products during transit.
